It is our policy to accept and investigate all complaints of the department and employee’s alleged misconduct or wrongdoing from all persons who wish to file a complaint, regardless of the hour or day of the week.

In accordance with the Internal Affairs Policies & Procedures (IAPP) of the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, the Hamburg Police Department has made the Internal Affairs Complaint Form electronically available in eleven different languages; These forms DO NOT require sworn statements or verifications of truth and including personal information is optional.
